Project Lemonade provides foster youth with a back-to-school shopping experience and offers support to inspire self-esteem and promote success.

In August, 2017, Project Lemonade served 1,830 foster youth from over 26 counties in Oregon and Washington. Thank you to the 750 volunteers who logged over 3,200 hours, Oregon DHS, and our various community partners who support us with inventory, clothing drives, grants, and pro bono work. We are deeply grateful for the time and energy you give to Project Lemonade and to foster youth.

Gratitude Abounds for our 2017 Luncheon

Tracie Tra'Renee Chambers, our gracious emcee, kept the event moving smoothly; Betsy Lake and interns Diamond, Sage and Isa showcased our paid internship program, now in its third season; Austin Blythe orchestrated our first paddle-raise; Quarter4 Media created a video highlighting our history and mission; Ashley Irish and the entire Project Lemonade event committee coordinated the Luncheon with ingenuity and aplomb.

We're more than grateful to all who lifted their paddle literally and figuratively to raise funds for Project Lemonade. Our community truly cares, and on October 20, 2017 demonstrated a commitment to helping us support foster youth.
