Project Lemonade provides foster youth with a back-to-school shopping experience and offers support to inspire self-esteem and promote success.
In 2018, Project Lemonade served 2,000 foster youth from over 24 counties in Oregon and Washington. Thank you to the 750 volunteers who logged over 3,000 hours, Oregon DHS, and our various community partners who support us with inventory, clothing drives, grants, and pro bono work. We are deeply grateful for the time and energy you give to Project Lemonade and to foster youth.

2018 Luncheon Success
On September 28th, 2018, an inspiring community of individuals and corporate groups came together to support foster youth at the Project Lemonade Luncheon. Hosted by emcee Tra'Renee Chambers at the Multnomah Athletic Club, attendees showed up to learn more about Project Lemonade, our diverse programs and how their donations impact foster youth. Project Lemonade’s own interns Hanna, Mercedes, Jamison and Sundet shared compelling stories of their experience working in the store and Judge Xiomara Torres gave an inspiring talk about her journey through the foster care system and what led to her becoming a Judge.
Thank you attendees and sponsors for your time and donations. With your support, Project Lemonade will offer free shopping experiences to more 2,000 foster youth next year!
