After years at Lloyd Center, we’re excited to welcome our community into a new home designed with intention, care, and connection in mind.
Our new space was created to better support youth in foster care and the community that surrounds them to gather, shop, and grow together.

Getting Here
Project Lemonade’s new home at 240 N Broadway is centrally located with convenient access from I-5, I-84, and major Portland routes. Whether you’re coming from North, Northeast, Southeast, Southwest, or across the river, getting here is simple and quick.
By Car
From I-5 North or South: Take the Broadway/Weidler exit and head toward the Broadway Bridge and Lloyd District area.
From I-84 East: Exit onto Lloyd Blvd or I-5 South toward Broadway/Weidler for the quickest access.
From Northeast & Southeast Portland: Use MLK Jr Blvd, Grand Ave, or Broadway for easy neighborhood access.
From Northwest Portland: Cross the Broadway Bridge directly into the neighborhood — we’re just minutes from the bridge landing.
By Public Transport
MAX Stations: The closest stops are along the Yellow, Green, and Orange Lines near the Rose Quarter and Lloyd District areas, approximately a 5–10 minute walk from the building depending on the station.
Bus Lines: Multiple TriMet bus routes (4,17, and 44) travel through Broadway, MLK Jr Blvd, and nearby central corridors with stops just steps away from the space.

FREE Parking
There are 4 reserved free parking spots for Project Lemonade Clients (shoppers, WISH pickups, caseworkers, etc) in the triangle lot in front of the store.
Two 15-min free parking spots available on Wheeler St in front of the store (for quick visits, Wish pickups, shop pickups)
N Dixon Street also has free parking EXCEPT during MODA Center events. Please check event schedules if planning to visit on Saturdays.

Metered parking surrounding the block and in the neighborhood on the North side of Broadway
To access the ADA entrance, please use the main Leftbank building entrance. Once inside, take the elevator down one level and follow the yellow signs to reach the store.
